A soldier from South Yorkshire has become the latest to killed in action in Afghanistan. 32-year old Sgt Lee Davidson , who was from Doncaster, was killed while on patrol in th Nahr-e-Saraj district of Helmand Province.
The vehicle he was in struck an improvised explosive device and he was fatally wounded. He leaves a wife and two sons.
