Calls for West Yorkshire Police Chief to resign

Trevor Hicks, whose two daughters died at Hillsborough, says that Sir Norman Bettison should resign from his position as Chief Constable of West Yorkshire Police. It follows the discovery that South Yorkshire Police tried to shift the blame for what happened onto the fans after the tragedy.

Sir Norman Bettison was serving with the force at the time and was involved in the investigation. Following his role there he went on to become Chief Constable of Merseyside Police before taking up his current position.
