Five football fans are wanted following an assault on a man travelling home on a train. The 26-year-old was travelling home to Worksop with friends after watching cricket at Trent Bridge earlier this year when a row broke out between them and a group of football supporters.
One of the group, thought to be Nottingham Forest fans, punched the man in the face and two others kicked him in the back, leaving him with cuts and bruising.
British Transport Police have released CCTV images of five men they want to talk to in connection with the incident, which took place on a train between Nottingham and Shirebrook at around 9.30pm on May 26.
