100 year old motorist says there should be no driving age limit
Arthur Whitaker began driving when he was 16 and shared a motorbike with his brother. Now the 100 year old says he uses his car every day to take him to and from his local golf club and supermarket in Keighley. He says there should be no age limit on driving.
