Beverley teen's death to be reviewed

An organisation set up to ensure children's safety in East Yorkshire is to review the cirumstances that led up to the death of a Beverley teenager.

14-year-old Jessica Blake disappeared from her home in August. Her body was found in woodland on the southern outskirts of the town.

According to some of her friends she had been bullied before it's believed she took her own life. The independent East Riding Safeguarding Children Board has revealed it's now considering what level of review it intends to hold into Jessica's death.
