The Prime Minister has now joined the condemnation of Serbian fans and players who allegedly racially abused Doncaster born footballer Danny Rose during an under 21 international last night.
22 year-old Rose, a former Leeds United trainee, reacted to racist chants from Serbian fans by kicking the ball into the crowd just after England had won their match in Krusevac last night.
David Cameron has said he was appalled by the scenes on the pitch, and, along with his sports minister, has called on UEFA to investigate.
The Serbian FA today denied there were any racist chants before and during last night's England Under-21 match in Krusevac.
Doncaster born footballer Danny Rose has responded to "a number of incidents of racism" after the England Under-21s' win in Serbia.
