Where should Richard III's remains be buried?

Shakespeare depicted him as a monster, and he's taken his place in the history books as the Yorkshire King who killed his nephews - but now that archeologists believe they've found Richard III's remains in Leicester, the Government say he's to be reburied there.

That's in spite of the fact that he wanted to be buried in York. So should he be? And do we want him? Adam Fowler reports.
