A teenager who won half a million pounds on a scratchcard has been given a two-year ASBO after turning into the neighbour from hell. There were late night parties, fights and drug use at the house he bought with his winnings.
Joshua Sargeant, who scooped the windfall in McDonalds, was told he'd made his neighbours lives 'a living hell' over the past year. Magistrates were told the street he lives on had become "well known" in Sleaford due to his late-night antics. Kate Hemingway reports:
