A teenager from Lincolnshire, who won half a million pounds on a McDonalds scratchcard has been given a 2 year ASBO for taunting his neighbours with late night parties, and drug use at a house he bought with the money in Sleaford.
19 year old Joshua Sargeant has been prohibited from playing loud music or holding excessively noisy parties at his house on Pear Tree Close. Three of his neighbours who acted as witnesses at Lincoln Magistrates court described the last year of their lives as a 'living hell'.
Sargeant has also been ordered to pay £2,000 in costs.
