Workers at a cake manufacturer in Hull have won a claim for over a million pounds at a tribunal against their employers.
More than 400 staff at Greencore agreed to take a temporary pay cut until October last year - to help the firm - which makes cakes for some of the UK's biggest supermarkets - during the recession.
But when Greencore continued paying the lower rate - beyond last October - a tribunal ruled all the staff should be paid for the money they've lost out on.
