Tesco delivery drivers working at a distribution centre in Doncaster will go on strike again on Thursday 6th December in a row over jobs.
It comes after unions described the latest offer from their new bosses, Eddie Stobart, as “completely unsatisfactory.”
The 180 drivers claim they have been “boxed into a corner” by their new employer, since they were transferred from Tesco in August.
Unite national officer, Adrian Jones said: “The drivers feel that ESL wanted to get rid of them right from when they were transferred from Tesco to Stobart’s in August. Unite believes that this has been the company’s agenda all along."
