Lincoln prison condemned in report
A damning report about Lincoln Prison has revealed that a foreign national was held inside the jail for almost a decade longer than he should have been.
The report, which is as a result of an unannounced inspection this summer, has also revealed that the jail is holding 50 percent more prisoners than it should be. Kate Hemingway reports.
