The RSPCA has condemned what it's called a shocking attack on a swan by a dog at a nature reserve. The attack was filmed by a wildlife warden and the bird was so badly injured it had to be put down. Animal welfare officers say just as disturbing was the casual reaction of the dog's owner. T
