Council criticised for 'ruining' historic cobbles
Lincolnshire County Council is being criticised by residents for ruining the cobbles of an historic market town, after two attempts to paint double yellow lines went wrong.
The council was criticised by residents back in November after it splashed yellow paint over the road but instead of the replacement paint it used being better, it's now peeled off as Kate Hemingway reports:
