Decision on Kirklees council tax rise
Kirklees Council will decide today whether to increase council tax bills by 1.6 per cent.
It would see Council Tax bills for Band A properties increase from £934.31 to just over £949.
Homes in the most expensive band, Band H, would see costs rise from £2802.94 to more than £2847.
The proposals will be voted on at the full Kirklees Council meeting today.
