The conclusion of a murder trial in Lincolnshire, following the death of a Polish man in Boston, is now expected to come about next week.
Stephen Sleaford, who's 38, is currently on trial at Lincoln Crown Court, accused of stabbing Janusz Smoderick to death. Mr Smoderick's body was discovered in the garden of a house on Sleaford Road in Boston in September 2011.
Closing speeches in the case are now expected on Monday. Sleaford denies murder and the trial continues.
