The deputy secretary of North Yorkshire Police Federation has described PC Andrew Bramma, who was killed in a car crash on a 999 call early in January, as a good police officer and a good person. Sergeant Mike Stubbs made the comments as a guard of honour was formed for the 32 year old's funeral.
