Fourth man arrested after Stokesley "hit and run"

A fourth man has been arrested after 27-year-old Douglas Robertson was killed on 19 Januray in Stokesley after being hit by a Range Rover.

A 20-year-old man from the Stockton-on-Tees area is being questioned by police. A 23-year-old man from the Durham area who was arrested on Monday has been released on conditional police bail.

A 15-year-old youth charged with causing death by dangerous driving, aggravated vehicle taking, driving without a licence and driving without insurance, appeared at Northallerton Magistrates’ Court yesterday. He has been remanded in custody to appear at court again on 1 February 2013.

An 18-year-old and a 15-year-old boy are being questioned after a Range Rover crashed, killing a pedestrian and smashing into the wall of a building in Stokesley, North Yorkshire. The occupants of the car then ran off.
