No decision yet on new Town boss

Academy coach Mark Lillis is likely to be in charge at Huddersfield Town until at least the middle of next week. Lillis has been in caretaker charge since Chairman Dean Hoyle sacked Simon Grayson two weeks ago, and he's overseen a win, a draw and a defeat.

Several candidates have already been interviewed, with former Scunthorpe and Southampton manager Nigel Adkins, and Graeme Jones, who's assistant boss at Wigan, still in the frame. Former England and Manchester United midfielder Nicky Butt is also an outside bet.

Today Lillis has been speaking about the managerial situation, the prospects for tomorrow's game against Championship leaders Cardiff, and last weekend's defeat against Derby County.
