Disgraced TV presenter Jimmy Savile’s old home in Leeds has finally been sold.
The penthouse flat went up for sale last September, just before the ITV Exposure documentary prompted an inquiry.
Land Registry documents show the registered owner of the property has been changed to CXI 92 Ltd.
They also show the amount paid for the property and parking space was £250,000 and the deal was done on February 4.
The flat was expected to fetch in the region of £325,000 before its former owner’s crimes came to light.
Scarborough Council bosses are meeting today to strip Savile of his freedom of the borough.
Ex-West Yorkshire Police inspector is referred to IPCC over claims he "acted on behalf" of Savile by contacting officers before interview.
