Unlawful killing of two brothers in M62 smash

A coroner has recorded a verdict of unlawful killing in the case of two brothers who died when a lorry veered across the M62 crashing in to their vehicle.

56-year-old Peter Zanetti and his Michael brother died in the pile-up in May 2009.

The inquest heard lorry driver Michael Warren had exceeded the hours he was allowed to work

The inquest heard that the driver MIchael Warren, who was from Halifax, should not have been behind the wheel as he had exceeded the hours he was allowed to work.
