The Temporary Chief Constable of Lincolnshire Police has spoken out for the first time since returning to work following his recent suspension. In footage posted on the force website Mr Rhodes talks about his future priorities for policing the county.
He also talks about how his working relationship with PCC Alan Hardwick can now move forward. The Police and Crime Commissioner suspended Mr Rhodes back in February, in a move that was later quashed by the High Court. An investigation into potential conduct matters is still ongoing.
