The Duchess of Cambridge has produced her very first video message - in support of Children's Hospice Week.
Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice, which supports children with life-limiting conditions and their families in Sheffield, is just one of the UK's 49 children's hospice services hoping to raise their profile thanks to The Duchess of Cambridge.
The video message will be aired for the first time today and can be seen at www.togetherforshortlives.org.uk and www.each.org.uk
Claire Rintoul, Chief Executive of Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice said: "We are absolutely delighted that Her Royal Highness, The Duchess of Cambridge is helping to raise awareness of services like Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice by celebrating and supporting Children's Hospice Week.
"It costs over £3m every year to provide our services supporting local children with a shortened life expectancy and we receive no statutory government funding. The support from Her Royal Highness.
"The Duchess of Cambridge is amazing for us and will help us spread the word about our work and bring more supporters on board."
