Leeds bin collection changes to save council £2m

People living in parts of Leeds will see their bin collections changed to fortnightly from today.

Fifty thousand homes in the south of the city will have their black waste bins emptied one week - followed by their green recycling bins the next. It will save save over two million pounds a year. Sarah Clark has the details.
