The future of Britain's biggest coal company which employs hundreds of people across the Calendar region is under scrutiny this afternoon. UK Coal has refused to comment on reports that it's seeking voluntary liquidation.
The firm's been struggling since a huge fire destroyed it's main pit in the Midlands. David Hirst has more from Kellingley Colliery.
