Neil Lorriman, the partner of Chelsea Hyndman's mother Heather, said from Crete this morning:
"Heather is trying to relax today. She is all right, it's been a really tough couple of days. We are really tired, it's been too much to take in.
"It's been a long time coming and we are going to have to come back out again for the appeal.
"We don't want to make any rash comments until after we have spoken to our legal team. We are just so tired and we are still digesting what has happened."
