Police have released the name of the four-year-old girl who died following an incident in Grimsby.
Poppy Widdison, of Ladysmith Road, Grimsby, died in the early hours of Monday at Sheffield Childrens Hospital after she was transferred, following her admission to Grimsby Hospital with serious injuries on Sunday.
The exact circumstances into her death are still being investigated by detectives and at this time it remains unexplained.
A 34-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man, who were arrested in connection with the incident, both remain in police custody.
