Gaynor Barnes tests the "Noddy" car

Gaynor Barnes in the "Noddy" car

When it was made it was the smallest car in production.

This Fiat Topolino - which is thought to have inspired Enid Blyton's "Noddy car" - has been lovingly restored by Roy Allison from Scunthorpe.

He spent 3,000 hours and £6,500 working on it. The car was first registered in 1937 and Roy is hoping to get it back on the road later this year

We think this pint-sized car is perfect for 5ft Gaynor Barnes!
