Councillors in Skegness have attacked a government report that branded the resort as the most deprived in the UK. In a report based on poverty figures, the Lincolnshire seaside town - famous for the Jolly Fisherman and Butlins - came out with the worst record.
At the resort today, they were testing out a ferry service as one way of bringing in tourists from other areas. Calendar spoke to Cllr. Dick Edginton of east Lindsay District Council
