A report by the Road Safety Foundation has found that Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire's A-roads are among the worst for the risk of death and serious injury.
There are calls for an urgent review into the safety of our region's dual carriageways after they were revealed to be amongst the most hazardous in the country.
