Leeds United boss Brian McDermott says that the club is close to a deal to sign Crystal Palace winger Jimmy Kebe.
He said of the 29-year-old Mali international: "Jimmy Kebe has pace to burn, makes a lot of goals, and is a team man."
McDermott revealed that although a deal to sign Kebe immediately had not yet been completed, an agreement was in place between the clubs that would see the transfer happen if Leeds were to win promotion to the Premier League.
