Grave concerns for missing mum

Police say there are "grave concerns" for the state of mind of a 31-year-old mother who has gone missing from her home in Worksop. They are appealing to members of the public to call them if they see Vanessa Firth.

She walked out of her house in Netherton Road, Manton, at around 6.45pm on February 12th and has not returned.

Despite searches of the local area by police and relatives, the mother-of-one has not yet been found. She is known to like visiting Hannah Park and Library Gardens - and its thought she could be taking shelter under a bridge in the local area.

Vanessa is white, of medium build and around 5ft 3ins tall. She has short black hair in a bob style. At the time of her disappearance she was wearing blue jeans, with black boots pulled over her jeans, and a dark blue or black coat.
