Engineering work has started to repair the swing bridge at Selby. The train line across it is now closed for six weeks with some services being replaced by buses as a new timetable is introduced.
A new timetable is in operation for the duration of the upgrade which Network Rail says will safeguard the structure of the bridge for the future.
