Indoor bowlers from Huddersfield who face losing their facilities will meet council bosses tomorrow to urge a rethink on plans not to include them in a new leisure centre.
Huddersfield Sports Centre currently has a bowling green, but it is being replaced by a new facility which will not have it. Bowlers in the area have launched a campaign to save their green and they will make a direct appeal at special meeting at Kirklees Council tomorrow
