Robert Snodgrass tweets thanks to Hull City after signing deal to join West Ham

Robert Snodgrass has tweeted his thanks to 'everybody connected with Hull City' after signing a £10.2m deal to join West Ham.

He said the support he received through his injury was 'superb' .

Snodgrass said promotion with Hull at Wembley last season was a memory he will never forget and wished the club all the best for the future.

The 29-year-old has signed a three-and-a-half-year contract to become West Ham's second January capture, after Portugal defender Jose Fonte.
