Ingoldmells residents fear they could be forced out of their caravan homes

A row has broken out over plans that could see residents forced to leave their homes because their static caravans are too old. East Lindsay District Council doesn't want homes older than 15 years at its park in Ingoldmells near Skegness. But residents say they cannot afford new ones and will be forced to leave.
