In the world of meteorology today is officially the first day of spring and it will certainly feel like it.
Do make the most of it though as a change is on the way for this weekend.
Tonight we are expecting it to stay dry but it will be chilly and once again mist and fog patches will form from this evening onwards.
This will result in poor visibility on the roads overnight and through tomorrow morning.
The fog will be slow to clear tomorrow and even when it does sunshine will be very limited. As a result tomorrow will feel cooler than today with highs of 12/13c.
Saturday will be cloudy with rain spreading east to west and Sunday we can expect more rain too.
It will also feel much cooler on Sunday as the wind swings around to a northerly.
There is also the chance we could see some sleet and snow on higher ground of the Peak District.
