Rathband funeral to be held in Stafford
The funeral for PC David Rathband, who was left blinded by gunman Raoul Moat, will be held for family members in his home-town of Stafford later this month.
PC Rathband battled to rebuild his life after the ordeal and was found hanged at his house a week ago.
His twin brother, Darren Rathband, spoke to ITV News about his loss.
