West Midlands Police are continuing to investigate a collision on the M5 in the West Midlands.
Two people died in the crash which happened in the early hours of Saturday morning, when a lorry collided into a single decker bus on the southbound carriageway near to junction three.
A 35-year-old man from Smethwick, a passenger on the bus, died at the scene.
On Sunday evening, a 65-year-old man from Somerset, the driver of the lorry, died in hospital.
The 49-year-old driver of the bus, a man from Birmingham, remains on bail having been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
An investigation into the circumstances which led to the collision is now underway.
Officers are still appealing for witnesses to the collision.
