Police have arrested a 22-year-old man in connection with an armed robbery in Shropshire.
West Midlands businessman Richard Barnfather and his partner Deborah Leadbetter, 37, were attacked by three masked men at their home in Lower Rudge on 9th March.
They were held at gunpoint while the men stole £50,000 worth of jewellery and three cars.
The three vehicles were found abandoned within a few hours at locations in Tipton, Smethwick and Wolverhampton.
A man was arrested today in the Pennfields area of Wolverhampton in connection with the robbery.
Detective Inspector Mark Bellamy from West Mercia Police said:
"A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of robbery and taken by detectives to Shrewsbury for questioning". He added: "This was an extremely serious and violent incident - a terrifying ordeal for the two victims".
A £14,000 reward was offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the offenders.
