A memorial service for retired school teacher Betty Yates who was found dead at her home in Worcestershire has been held today.
Hundreds of people gathered at St Anne's church in Bewdley to remember the woman they knew as 'Beautiful Bet'.
There were funny stories told about her, and, surprisingly, much laughter.
The 77-year-old was found stabbed at her remote riverside cottage in January.
Stephen Farrow, 44, has been charged with her murder.
Today, though, was a day for happy memories.
