Thirteen-year-old Abigail Hobbs lost her father through lung cancer two years ago and is backing a new campaign to try to stop youngsters taking up smoking.
Graeme Hobbs had lung cancer and Abigail says she doesn't want anyone to suffer like he did and go through what she had to when he died.
She ran the Race for Life last year in his honour and is backing a new advertising campaign from Cancer Research against tobacco advertising.
They want all cigarette packets to be the same size and shape and in plain wrappers.
The charity has released a hard-hitting advert called 'The Answer is Plain' which shows children describing tobacco packets in a positive light.
Cancer Research UK says a new survey shows people in the Midlands clearly back action against tobacco marketing and Abigail Hobbs agrees.
