Lee Clark has been named as the new manager of Birmingham city.
The former Huddersfield boss will be officially unveiled at a press conference today at St Andrews.
The 39-year-old underwent two rounds of interviews to get the position, after former manager Chris Hughton left the team for a position at Norwich three weeks ago.
The length of Clark's contract has not been disclosed.
– Peter Pannu, Birmingham City acting chairman
"The shortlist of four, out of the 22 applicants, that we put together meant that the appointment of Lee Clark was carefully studied and was a thorough and informed decision by the board.
"I now expect the fans to give him their full support."
Clark will take charge immediately and will be assisted by Terry McDermott.
