Student nurses looking to study in Derby are to benefit from a new multi-million pound education centre.
The New University of Nottingham's School of Nursing, Midwifery and Physiotherapy Education Centre cost more than £4.5 million, and was funded by Derby Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The facility provides virtual learning hubs and flexible classrooms.
Moving from the Derbyshire Royal Infirmary, the new school will home 80 students from the University's BSc (Hons) Nursing course and 80 students studying adult, child or mental health nursing on its Graduate course.
The centre also caters for 250 healthcare professionals.
