Gold Medal Weather!

The sunshine continues. Not a cloud in the sky today across The Midlands today, blazing sunshine and temperatures to match.

We are expecting today to be the hottest of the year so far with highs of 28c especially in the east where we will see the warmest temperatures. A lovely dry and sunny evening will follow and a hot and humid night.

Tomorrow we start the day much the same with wall to wall sunshine. A band of cloud is sinking southwards and will creep into northern counties in the afternoon, but it will stay dry and sunny for most.

The warmest places in the region tomorrow will be in southern counties where we'll reach highs of 26c. Thursday looks to be a cloudier day with the potential for a few showers on Friday. UV and pollen levels are very high today.
