More sunshine to come today but there is a band of cloud that is sinking southwards and that will creep into northern counties through this afternoon, making the sunshine hazy at times.
The south of our region will hold onto the wall-to-wall sunshine the longest and of course that's where we'll see the hottest temperatures highs of 26c expected, slightly cooler under any cloud further north.
Tomorrow looks to be a cloudier day too but still feeling nice and warm with some sunny spells too.
Friday we can expect more sunshine and the risk of showers later in the day. The showers will introduce cooler temperatures for the weekend, but it will still be dry and bright!
