Rebecca Adlington is in action today as she starts her bid to defend her Olympic title in this year's Games.
Adlington, who's from Mansfield in Nottingamshire, has qualified for tonight's freestyle final, after she emerged victorious at the 400m freestyle heats this morning.
Adlington won Gold in the Olympic 400m and 800m events in Beijing in 2008, and is hotly tipped to repeat that success in London.
Among the expected crowd of around 17,500 will be her parents Kay and Steve.
The final takes place later tonight at the Aquatics Centre.
