Six suits belonging to former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher are being sold at auction on Monday (3 September).
Baroness Thatcher was born in Grantham in Lincolnshire and grew up working for her father's grocery business in the town before entering politics.
She is the country's only ever female Prime Minister and was the head of government between 1979 and 1990.
The six suits being put up for auction were worn by Baroness Thatcher in her early political career before she became Prime Minister.
They are typical of the fashions of the early 1970's, and include tweed business and dress suits she wore as an MP in the House of Commons.
Each is expected to fetch between £1,000 and £1,500 is the sale at Christies in London.
