Cashmore is an experienced Paralympics competitor - London 2012 is her third Games. Cashmore has already won two medals in London with bronze in the 4x100m Freestyle Relay and a silver in the 100m SB8 Backstroke. On top of that, the Redditch native has a further three bronzes to her name in the last two Paralympics. Since her first international competition Cashmore boasts an impressive record of a medal at every tournament she has entered.

To compete in a third Paralympic Games in your home country is fantastic. There will be 17,500 people there and the roof will lift when the British Swimmers are competing. That feeling will be incredible so I can't wait.
