Miracle baby celebrates his first birthday
He was born three and a half months premature weighing less than a bag of sugar.
Shayne Welsh was pronounced dead the day after he was born and his machines switched off but nurses spotted a heart beat as they were waiting for the hospital chaplain to arrive.
Today's celebration is a milestone for his parents Simon and Kerry from Walsall.
